Fix the setup, not just the spine
Posture is influenced by your environment. Small workspace changes can reduce strain and make it easier to sit and stand comfortably.
- Keep screens at eye level when possible.
- Place feet flat and support the lower back.
- Change positions regularly throughout the day.
Use “micro-movements” as posture resets
You do not need long sessions to feel better. A few seconds of movement done often can reduce stiffness and help posture stay more natural.
- Do 5 slow shoulder rolls a few times daily.
- Stand and reach overhead for 10–20 seconds.
- Take short walking breaks every 60–90 minutes.
Wellness cue
Better posture often comes from frequent resets, not perfect alignment.
"Posture improves fastest when movement becomes the default."
